- The mobile mind shift is changing our relationship to the network and information access and driving m-health at a rapid rate.
- The need for uniform digital strategies to assist the customer / member / patient in their journeys is imperative to create the environment of patient responsibility so that we can reduce cost and have more healthy populations.
