This TWO part series covers the fundamentals to start and grow a business. It is ideal for the new business owner as well as existing companies.
The format is structured to provide a quick overview of various subject matter, defining the considerations and actions for each. In this, it acts as a business checklist, identifying areas that need to be addressed.
After each session you will receive a handout with additional resources. You will also receive an invitation to schedule a private meeting to review any topic in detail, as it relates to your specific situation.
